All construction activities, including horizontal development and vertical construction, will be managed by Richard Feis Construction, LLC.

RF Construction utilizes a proprietary project management system that can be scaled to incorporate as many builders, trades, and suppliers as needed to meet construction targets. Our system is cloud-based and managed online accessible through a computer or smartphone.

RF Construction will scale to produce volume by contracting with local builders to manage projects as needed.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

The pre-construction phase is where we plan each project before the actual construction begins. We start with a design, budget, engineering, and architectural plans. Then we develop our plan for assignments, resources, and expectations. We layout a detailed plan of how we are going to start, build, manage, complete, and control each project from start to finish before we begin.

The financial components of the project include everything from the baseline budget to tracking that budget and managing it into the project. There is a very clear paper trail that dovetails into the financial process. That paper trail includes a written trade agreement with agreed-upon price, verification of work completed, invoices, payment tracking, and lien waivers.
