We partner with our team of land specialists to handle all aspects of development from the civil engineering, water quality, grading, utilities, curb, gutter, asphalt streets, amenities, landscape and hardscape.
We will utilize our key trade and supplier partnerships along with our proprietary building systems for quick cycle times to start, build, and obtain certificates of occupancy on homes fast so that leasing can start immediately. We do not have to wait until all of the homes are complete to start leasing.
Capital Event: Short-term hold/rent or Sell. We have a diversity of exit strategy options. We can choose to sell the vacant homes immediately upon receiving a certificate of occupancy to an institutional buyer. Or we can lease up the homes and sell a portfolio of leased homes for a higher sale price to an institutional buyer.
